承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
