承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
