承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)(lu)面每平米。
