承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
