承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設(she)計(ji)方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
