承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟(ruan)性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
