承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
