承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
