承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方(fang)式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
