承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度(du)和配(pei)合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
