承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式(shi);防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行(xing)程開關四合(he)一(yi)一(yi)體化設計方案,結構緊湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建有安全(quan)性鉤,防(fang)失控。

5,工作(zuo)中級(ji)別(bie)(bie)為A6級(ji),防(fang)水等級(ji)IP55,H級(ji)絕緣層。防(fang)污防(fang)潮(chao),提(ti)升安全(quan)級(ji)別(bie)(bie)。
