承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行程開關四合一(yi)一(yi)體(ti)化設(she)計方案,結構(gou)緊湊

5,工作(zuo)中級(ji)(ji)別為(wei)A6級(ji)(ji),防(fang)水(shui)等級(ji)(ji)IP55,H級(ji)(ji)絕緣層。防(fang)污防(fang)潮(chao),提(ti)升安全級(ji)(ji)別。
