1，主梁采(cai)用(yong)歐式(shi)箱(xiang)型梁機(ji)構(gou)設計，自重(zhong)輕(qing)，結構(gou)合理；

2，整板制作，無對接焊縫，比拼接主梁(liang)更堅固。

3，垂直(zhi)撓(nao)度(du)為1/800，腹板拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整板下料，精確度(du)高。

4，采(cai)用(yong)埋弧(hu)自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損探傷。焊后整體拋丸，消(xiao)應力(li)、除銹，達到Sa2.5級；

1，大(da)噸位起重機端梁采用鉸接柔性設計，避免“三條腿”運行。
