承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
