承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
