承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
