承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
