承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
