承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
