承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車承(cheng)重梁與(yu)承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電動機+制(zhi)動系統+減速器(qi)+行程開關四合(he)一一體(ti)化設計(ji)方案,結(jie)構緊湊
3,小轎車(che)搭建(jian)有(you)安全(quan)性(xing)鉤,防失控。
