承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
