承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器,安全(quan)性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
