承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
