承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
