承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安(an)全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
