承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
