承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
