單梁式起重機的構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)采用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)機(ji)構設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)板開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,做(zuo)到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端(duan)梁采用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“三條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)采用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一次精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁采用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)(du)。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐式古(gu)典設計方(fang)案,合理(li)減少重量(liang),提升提高室(shi)內空間。
2,減(jian)速(su)機采用(yong)起(qi)重機專(zhuan)用(yong)型的(de)H系列(lie)產品(pin)硬齒面(mian)減(jian)速(su)機,承(cheng)載力高,使用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲(si)繩卷筒采用厚(hou)鋼板(ban)生產短接軸方式(shi),并對焊接開(kai)展無損檢測;
4,動滑輪(lun)所有采用熱軋滑輪(lun);
5,起重(zhong)吊(diao)鉤采(cai)用T級起重(zhong)吊(diao)鉤,材(cai)料(liao)高于DG34CrMo,單雙排(pai)布局,節省室內(nei)空間;
