承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
