承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
