承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
