承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
