2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
橋式雙(shuang)梁(liang)起(qi)重機端(duan)梁(liang)一部分(fen)

4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
