承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
