承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更(geng)牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位(wei)生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系(xi)統+減速(su)器+行程開關(guan)四合一(yi)一(yi)體(ti)化設計方案,結構緊湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建有安全性(xing)鉤(gou),防失控。
