承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
