承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
