承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
