承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
