承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米。
