承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
