承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
