承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方(fang)(fang)案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
