承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
