承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
