承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
