承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
