承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
