承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接(jie)方(fang)式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
