承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
